Bellevue Strategies CEO to receive an award recognizing efforts in minority business leadership

Bellevue Strategies announced today that its CEO, Mustafa Rashed is scheduled to receive a 2019 Minority Business Leadership award from the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The PBJ Minority Business Leadership Award, now in its 11th year, recognizes the Philadelphia Region’s top minority business leaders based on demonstrated business success over the past 12 to 18 months. Nominees are judged based on professional accomplishments, community leadership, philanthropy, as well as awards and milestones.

“It is an honor to be recognized by the Philadelphia Business Community,” said Mustafa Rashed. He further added “This award is only possible because of the support of our great team at Bellevue and my family who keeps me encouraged and inspired.”

“Congratulations to Mr. Rashed on this important recognition,” said Harold T. Epps, Commerce Director for the City of Philadelphia. “One of Philadelphia’s greatest assets is our diversity, and this award celebrates the critical contributions that minority-owned businesses make in helping Philadelphia’s economy thrive.”

The 2019 award ceremony will be held on Thursday August 15th at the Ballroom at the Ben at 6pm. The evening will kick off with networking, cocktails, and food stations, followed by the awards presentation.
