Bellevue Strategies welcomes Ryan Frascella to the team as a Senior Associate

BELLEVUE STRATEGIES WELCOMES RYAN FRASCELLA AS A SENIOR ASSOCIATE
PHILADELPHIA, PA - Bellevue Strategies (Bellevue), a Philadelphia-based lobbying firm, proudly announces Ryan Frascella as their new Senior Associate. Frascella joined the team on January 2, 2024 to help lobby for the firm’s clients at the local, state, and federal levels.

We are excited to welcome Ryan Frascella to our growing team, where he will contribute to our mission of lobbying for the greater good of the Commonwealth,” said Mustafa Rashed, President and CEO of Bellevue Strategies. “Adding Ryan continues to position Bellevue Strategies as one of the most successful firms in Government Relations, Advocacy, and Public Funding within the Commonwealth.”
Frascella comes to the firm with an extensive background as a government relations professional. He most recently worked as an Associate Director in the Office of Government Affairs at Temple University. At Temple, Frascella was primarily responsible for managing stakeholders at the federal level by communicating the legislative priorities of the University to elected and agency officials, as well as executing all research and programmatic funding requests. Frascella also played a key role in securing land-use approvals through the Philadelphia City Council and obtaining funding requests from elected officials in Harrisburg.
Prior to his role at Temple, Frascella served as a Legislative Director in the Philadelphia City Council, where he worked with other members of Council and the Mayor’s administration to successfully develop legislative priorities and build consensus among members to enact priorities into law.

Frascella is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communication, minoring in Political Science. He is currently pursuing his MBA degree at Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
