Holly Kinser

Senior Vice President, Government Relations

Throughout her career, Holly Kinser has built an outstanding reputation as one of Philadelphia’s leading government relations professionals, serving hundreds of clients in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Holly has more than three decades worth of experience delivering results with integrity and passion.

Holly previously served as the Founder and President of the Kinser Group, where she opened with four clients and amassed over a dozen at any given time. She has proven experience providing strategic advice to navigate both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and City of Philadelphia government, where she has developed key relationships with elected and appointed officials at the local and state level.

Prior to her experience at the Kinser Group, Holly was the Executive Vice President of S.R. Wojdak and Associates, where she was hired to lead the firm in an increasingly competitive and more demanding government relations environment. During the decade she was there, she greatly expanded their client base, delivered hundreds of millions of dollars to economic development projects, obtained tens of millions in operational funds, and changed public policy to benefit clients and communities.

Holly’s prior experience includes serving as the first Managing Director of Greenlee Associates, where she helped elevate the firm to be widely recognized as one of the most successful government relations firms in the Commonwealth.

Holly arrived in Harrisburg in 1990 as Regional Public Affairs Manager for a Fortune 40 company that had more than 5,000 employees, ten manufacturing plants, and was the largest private landowner in the Commonwealth. She oversaw public affairs for the company in the areas of environment, labor relations, land ownership, and taxes among others.

Holly serves as Bellevue’s Senior Vice President, Government Relations, where she helps to lead strategic vision and planning for the firm’s government relations clients.

Holly is a graduate of Scripps College in Claremont, California where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Holly currently serves on the Board of Trustees at The Arden Theatre Company and Riddle Hospital, Main Line Health. She is a member of Forum of Executive Women, The Union League, Pennsylvania Society, and The Fitler Club.

Holly is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and when not expressing her emotions related to teams performances, she can be found skiing in the winter months and swimming and hiking in the warmer months.
