Ryan Frascella is a Senior Associate at Bellevue Strategies. He is an experienced government relations professional with a track record that spans local, state, and federal government. 

Previously, Ryan worked in the Office of Government Relations at Temple University where he was responsible for communicating with elected officials and advocating on behalf of the University’s priorities at all levels of government. In this role, Ryan successfully advocated for and secured millions of dollars to advance critical projects. Ryan also has experience working inside government having served in the offices of two members of Philadelphia City Council. 

Ryan’s experience navigating government leaders and agencies helps to address the needs of Bellevue’s clients and deliver results for the communities that they serve.

Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
