Bellevue Strategies, LLC Expands into Greater Pittsburgh Region
Pittsburgh, PA - Bellevue Strategies, a Government Relations, Public Affairs, and Strategic Communication with offices in Philadelphia and Harrisburg, will expand operations and presence into Western Pennsylvania.
A leading minority and veteran-owned and operated Government Relations and Public Affairs firm in the Commonwealth, Bellevue has worked with non-profit, labor unions, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and advocacy organizations for over a decade to build relationships across the Commonwealth. The firm, consisting of Government Relations, Public Affairs, and MBE Focused Business Development, offers complete government affairs, public funding, and strategic communication services.

To lead this effort, Bellevue has tapped Andrea Fields who most recently served as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus (PALBC). Andrea brings years of experience in the PA State Legislature in the House of Representatives, where she served as a legislative assistant to Representatives Emilio Vazquez (Philadelphia), Mayor-Elect Ed Gainey (Allegheny County), House Minority Whip, Representative Jordan A. Harris (Philadelphia) and as Executive Director to the Chairwoman of the Legislative Black Caucus - Representative Donna Bullock (Philadelphia).
Ms. Fields served as a council member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council, a graduate of the Caucus mentorship program, and the Internship Program Coordinator for the House. She oversaw the Legislative Black Caucus Scholarship Program, where she and several committee members offered scholarships to students of color entering college while working with the Black Caucus Foundation.

In her most recent role before Bellevue, Ms. Fields served as the Executive Director of the
Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus to Chairwoman Donna Bullock (PA-195). Her role as the
Executive Director was building long-lasting relationships with members, advocates, and
stakeholders to ensure an inclusive and equitable plan for communities of color in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
